Office Online is the latest addition to the Office Solutions for Business range of reporting, monitoring, recording and CTI software applications. Office Solutions are manufactured, produced and supported by CommSoft RMS.
Office Online can be deployed:
- As a new Office Online installation where users require online browser access
- Combined with an Office Solutions client-server installation
- As an upgrade to an existing V9 Office Solutions installation
Users can now access via their web browser an extensive and comprehensive range of telephone system analytics, including call centre monitoring, reporting and voice recording for any size of business.
Office Online complements the existing Office Solutions client-server range of applications. A single application server with web services provides browser access, which significantly simplifies deployment, user access and ongoing support. Users can now access telephone system analytics and performance related data from anywhere with internet access.
By integrating dedicated web services with the Office Solutions application server and Microsoft SQL database the need for a dedicated web server such as Microsoft IIS is eliminated. This significantly simplifies installation and maintenance of the web services and makes deployment much faster and more cost-effective.
The application server and web services provide a convenient platform allowing either a web-based implementation for users with browser access or a mixed environment of Office Solutions clients with browser access where most appropriate.
Call Statistics Pages
The Call Statistics page provides a daily view of important telephone system performance metrics.
The full range of Office Solutions Wallboards and Leaderboards are now available from any browser in Office Online. Display live, static and external data with standard, template and fully customisable wallboards. Set thresholds and alarms, configure and store multiple wallboard views and set them to rotate to display for set time periods to show a wider range of call centre metrics.
ACD List View Page
The ACD List View Page provides a graphical grid view of groups and agents with live agent status. A tiled live view of key agent and group performance metrics keeping supervisors and managers fully informed in real-time.
Voice Recording Pages
Office Online provides browser-based secure access and management of voice recordings. Depending on your login access rights you can search, playback, flag recordings, add notes, create playlists and download audio call recordings.
Office Online provides web browser access to a range of historic reporting. Run or email a report from the reports navigation tree, the favourite reports area or search for a required report. Reports can be scheduled for email or printer delivery and conveniently displayed in the scheduled reports area on the reporting page. Configurable summary and detail reporting is available for extensions, trunks, and sites. Additionally depending on product licensing, voice recording and or call centre reporting is available.
